How do I pay my invoice?

If you would like to pay by Pay Pal, call us at 440-391-3690 and we will take care of the rest. 

I need to make a change to my invoice. Who do I contact?

Just call us.  We will make the changes you requested in time for your tournament. 

When should I expect my signs and any other items?

We try and ship everything out to arrive 2-3 days prior to your event, as long as we have all the necessary information from you. Necessary information includes: (1) Shipping Address (2) Sponsors (3) Estimated number of players (4) Payment 

I received my invoice from The Duke of Golf, now what do I do?

Please sign the first page of the contract and either mail, fax or email (by scanning in the document) it to us . 

What do I do if somebody wins one of your contests?

We must be notified within 24 hours of your golf tournament. We will then send you the paperwork that must be filled out. It normally takes 4-6 weeks to receive the prize from the time that the form is sent back to us. 

What are the rules for my contest?

You should have received rules from us when you purchased your contest (usually sent through email). Double check the email that we sent you. If you did not receive the rules, please contact us.

What could cause my contest winner to be disqualified from the prize?

Improper following of the rules by the Tournament Director is usually what disqualifies a player from receiving the prize. If you have any questions about the rules of your contest, after reading the rules, please contact your sales rep prior to your golf tournament. You don't want to have to explain to the winner of the million dollar shot why they can't receive their million dollars because you didn't follow the rules! By the way, one of the rules for the million dollar shot is that it MUST be videotaped! 

When is the last day I can notify you of changes for my tournament?

It depends on the changes. If the change requires us to ship an item out to you, then 5 business days prior to your event. If it does not require shipment, then 1 business day prior to your event. Make sure you contact us as soon as possible! 

What if I have to cancel my tournament?

You can cancel anytime before the tournament for a full refund. If you cancel after the date of your tournament, you may not get a refund. Either way, contact us. 

It's tournament day and it's raining! I need to postpone or cancel my tournament. What do I do?

Contact your sales rep. If you are postponing your tournament, we can simply change the date of your contest for the new day. If you are canceling, you will receive a full refund, as long as you contact us the day of the tournament.
